Established in 2006, Provincial Events is a boutique catering and events company that services the individual and specialised needs of a diverse range of clients. With its mission statement summarised by ‘a culture of hospitality’, Provincial Events is socially and culturally aware and strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience on every occasion.
Provincial Events has extensive experience in the Melbourne hospitality industry, having successfully established and operated The Rosina Room at the historic Abbotsford Convent and operating the Rubicon restaurant in North Melbourne.
During its five years of operation, Provincial Events has successfully staged many weddings, conferences, corporate events and product launches, catering for up to 500 guests at a time in a range of indoor and outdoor settings at the Abbotsford Convent. As a result, Provincial Events understands the unique sensitivities and responsibilities of conducting catering and events business in a heritage protected, community-owned site such as Wattle Park Chalet.
